| The Incidental Music of Peter Wicks |

Here it is. My arrangement of the theme tune to Don't Look Now, Nicholas Roeg's seminal 70s horror film. Or er, the Doctor Who theme, rather.
I've been told it's fantastic, and I've been told it's terrible. I'm still finding it difficult to formulate an opinion on this myself - after all, it's not even my composition. I'll let you decide for yourselves. | ||

A tribute to HHGTTG and specifically Paddy Kingsland's inspiriational soundtrack to the TV series. This short effort sees the introduction of my cheap bass and electric guitars - and it wasn't half interesting and infuriating to get them working together in complete harmony. I'm proud of this. I even wish it went on for about three more minutes, because I'm a silly git. It was nice to go back to Kingsland's electro-folky stylings, and although I didn't intend to capture or emulate the exact synth sounds, it keeps the same warm Paddy goodness. Shoot me. Shoot me now. |
